A home that looks after itself.

Sabai is quietly smart. The apartment notices when a room is in use, and when a window or the patio door is open, and lets the air conditioning ease off on its own. You stay comfortable, and nothing cools an empty room or the open air. The sensors only register presence and open windows; inside your home, nothing is recorded or watched. The one camera is the doorbell at the front door: the microphone is off, and one switch in the hallway turns it off entirely should you prefer. The outdoor plants are constantly monitored and watered appropriately - and automatically.

Courtesy lights and temperature control activate automatically upon arrival.
Climate that follows you
Rooms cool while you're in them, and rest when you step out.
It notices an open window
Open the patio door and the cooling pauses, so none of the cool air or energy drifts outside.
A gentle 20–26°C
The air conditioning stays in a comfortable, efficient range: warm enough to save energy, cool enough to sleep.
Automatic Irrigation
Exterior temperature, humidity and moisture sensors are also integrated with the irrigation system so plants receive the correct amount of water.
A lighter footprint
Less energy and water used is the whole point: comfort that treads a little lighter on the island benefits everybody.
