Sabai Pafos

Staying with us/Etiquette

A calm place, kept calm.

A few gentle house rules, really just the things that keep this an easy place to be, for you and for the guests who come after you.

Arrival & entry
Check-in is from 3pm, check-out by 11am. You will receive your unique Nuki code on the day of check-in: no keys, no lockbox. If your plans shift, message us and we'll do what we can to help.
The space & your guests
Sabai is perfect for couples, travelling pairs and solo contemplation. There is a sofa bed for a third guest if you need it, with three the comfortable maximum.
A calm, grown-up retreat
Sabai is at its best as a quiet space for couples and adults. Families are welcome too (we would never turn you away), and if you are travelling with children we just ask that noise levels are kept down to show courtesy to all other residents and guests and that under-10s are supervised at all times, especially around the pool.
Quiet, please
It's a calm complex with families and neighbours who live here year-round. Keep things gentle after 10pm, especially on the patios and by the pool.
Smoke-free indoors
No smoking or vaping inside, please. You're welcome to smoke or vape on the patio: there's an ashtray by the door.
Waste & recycling
The bin is in the cupboard under the kitchen sink. The communal bins are at the entrance gates. Please put bags inside them, closed properly, rather than beside them.
Before you leave
Windows and the patio door closed, air conditioning off, and just pull the door to behind you: the smart lock takes care of the rest.
Laundry and Towels
There is a clothes dryer available and the rear patio gets a lot of sun in the afternoon. A handy full service launderette is located just a 5 minute walk away.

Around the complex/Faros Beach

A shared, residential place.

Sabai sits inside Faros Beach, a small residential complex where neighbours live all year round. A little care in the shared spaces keeps it calm for everyone, and it is part of what makes staying here feel gentle.

The shared pool
The current hours are displayed on the pool notice board. It is there for guests staying at Sabai. A quick rinse before you get in, proper swimwear, and no glass by the pool keeps it safe for everyone.
Our neighbours
Faros Beach is mostly homes, with families here year round. Keep things gentle in the corridors, gardens and around the pool, and save the livelier moments for the beach. The complex is planting new gardens too, so a little room for them to grow is welcome.
Patios & bins
Please keep the patios tidy, with nothing draped over the railings, towels and laundry included. Bag your rubbish before it goes in the communal bins at the entrance gates.
Parking
Please park on the street. The drop-off by the entrance is for loading and unloading only, so deliveries and neighbours can always get through.

Pets: we love them, but the apartment stays pet-free for now, which is also the complex's own rule for holiday lets. Thank you for understanding.
